Is Mail Yours approved by USPS?
No. Mail Yours is not affiliated with or endorsed by the United States Postal Service. The Kit is built on the published USPS rules for mail receiving agencies (DMM 508) and checked monthly for changes. Your store remains responsible for its own USPS compliance.
Does it replace my point-of-sale software?
No. The Kit handles your 1583s, IDs and compliance, and works right alongside the system you already use at the counter.
Where is my customers' information stored?
On your store computer. 1583s, ID images and customer records never go to our servers. To send a reminder, only the customer's name, email or phone and the message pass through our system.
Can customers sign on a screen?
Yes, it's available as an option. Signing with pen on the printed form is the recommended default, and the Kit keeps the signed copy on file either way.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Each Kit works on one computer. A second computer is $29 one-time.
What happens after the first year?
Your Kit keeps working. Ongoing updates are $49 a year, or free if you join the full Mail Yours network.
When will I get my Kit?
Founding Stores are first in line. We're building and testing the Kit at our own store now, and we'll contact you personally when yours is ready. No payment is taken until then.
